PAVE Statistics: Certificates by Year and Top Countries

The AAVSB issued between 28 and 51 PAVE certificates a year from 2019 to 2024, for a total of 244 over those six years. Applications rose faster than certificates, peaking in 2023. The countries sending the most candidates, in the AAVSB's own ranking, are India, Korea, Taiwan, Mexico, Iran, Egypt and Brazil.
