3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each subscription is for individual use only. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in termination of your account without refund.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Free Trial
We offer a 1-hour free trial that allows you to explore our platform. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial provides limited access to our question bank.
4.2 Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions provide full access to our services for the duration of your chosen plan. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Stripe.
4.3 One-Time Payments — No Automatic Renewal
All plans are sold as one-time payments for a fixed period of access. Your card is charged once at purchase and is not charged again. When the access period ends, access simply stops — nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
Accounts created under our earlier recurring plans may still hold an active subscription. If yours does, it will continue to renew until cancelled, and you can cancel it at any time from your account settings.
5. No Refund Policy & Pass Guarantee
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Instead of refunds, we offer our Pass Guarantee:
- If you don't pass your exam after using our platform, we will extend your subscription for free
- The extension matches your original subscription length (e.g., 3-month plan gets 3 more months free)
- You must complete at least 90% of available practice questions to qualify
- Official documentation of exam results is required
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving exam results
We encourage all users to take advantage of our 1-hour free trial before purchasing to ensure our platform meets your needs.
6. Pass Guarantee Details
We offer a Pass Guarantee on qualifying subscriptions. If you do not pass your exam after using our platform, we will extend your subscription for free, matching the length of your original subscription. To claim this guarantee:
- You must have completed at least 50% of available practice questions
- You must provide official documentation of your exam result
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your exam results
7. Intellectual Property
All content on NAVLE Exam Prep, including but not limited to questions, explanations, study materials, graphics, and software, is the property of NAVLE Exam Prep and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
- Use any content for commercial purposes
- Share or resell access to our platform
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our content
- Screen record, photograph, or capture any question, explanation, or platform content by any means
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or extract content
Enforcement: If we suspect, at our sole discretion, that you are recording, copying, scraping, or otherwise reproducing our proprietary content — through screen recording, photography, automated tools, or any other method — we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently revoke your access without notice and without refund. Suspected violations may also be reported to relevant authorities.
7.1 Origin of Question Content
All questions on this platform are original. We do not reproduce, copy, or republish items from any live examination. No question, answer option, or explanation on NAVLE Exam Prep has appeared on an actual NAVLE or BCSE administration.
Topics, subtopics, species categories, and their relative weightings are derived from the content blueprint published by the International Council for Veterinary Assessment (ICVA), and are reviewed against the clinical judgement of practising veterinarians. The blueprint determines what subject matter is covered; it does not supply the questions.
Question text, answer options, and explanations are drafted with the assistance of artificial intelligence and subsequently reviewed by licensed veterinarians for clinical accuracy before publication.
Accuracy and error reporting: While every question is reviewed before publication, no question bank of this size can be guaranteed free of error. Content on this platform is provided for study purposes and must not be relied upon as clinical guidance or as a substitute for professional veterinary judgement. If you believe a question, answer key, or explanation is incorrect, please report it to support@navleexam.com. We review all reports and publish corrections for all users.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
