NAVLE (North American Veterinary Licensing Examination) is required for all veterinary graduates to practice in the US and Canada. It consists of 360 questions covering 12 species categories.
BCSE (Basic and Clinical Sciences Examination) is for ECFVG and PAVE candidates — international veterinary graduates seeking US licensure. It covers 9 clinical science domains with 225 questions.

Yes. If you have access to both exams (Complete Bundle, or separate subscriptions), you can switch between BCSE and NAVLE prep anytime from your dashboard. Progress and performance stats are tracked separately for each exam.
No — and that is deliberate. We do not reproduce items from the real exams: every question is written in our own words. Reproducing real exam items would be a copyright violation, and memorising leaked questions would not prepare you to practise safely.
What we do instead is map every topic and subtopic to the published ICVA content blueprint — the same species weightings and competency domains the real exam is built on — and then write original questions against those topics. So the coverage matches the real exam even though the questions are our own.
Questions are drafted with AI assistance and then reviewed by licensed veterinarians before publication. We are open about this because the combination is what makes the bank work: the ICVA blueprint decides what gets covered, AI assistance lets us reach the volume a full exam bank needs, and veterinary review catches clinical errors, implausible distractors, and phrasing that would never appear on a real exam.
Topics, subtopics and species weightings are not AI-generated at all — they are taken from the official ICVA blueprint and cross-checked with practising veterinarians.
Please tell us. No question bank of this size is completely free of error, and we would much rather hear about a mistake than have you study around it.

Every plan (30 days, 3, 6 or 9 months) is a one-time payment for a fixed period of access. Your card is charged once, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. (Accounts on one of our earlier recurring plans can still cancel it from Settings.)
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported on compatible devices. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
No. Access starts immediately, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires it or for billing issues such as a billing error, a duplicate charge or an unauthorised transaction. We're confident in our platform. If you answer at least 90% of the practice questions in your exam category during your paid period and still don't pass, we'll extend your plan free of charge for the same length as the plan you bought (plans bought as lifetime before 20 October 2026 need no extension). Send official proof of your result within 30 days of receiving it; your plan must be active, or have ended no more than 30 days before your claim. The guarantee is an extension of access, not a cash payment, and applies once per exam attempt. Full details are in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

You need to have answered at least 90% of the practice questions available in your exam category (NAVLE, BCSE or QSE) during your paid period. Your progress dashboard shows your completion percentage in real time.
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your email and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Yes — the site is fully mobile-responsive. For the best experience on iOS or Android, open the site in Safari/Chrome and use "Add to Home Screen" to install it as a PWA. This gives you a full-screen, app-like experience with offline support.
Yes. All answered questions and performance data are saved to your account in real time. You can close and reopen the site on any device and your progress will be exactly where you left off.
